“Hi, I’m Mari from Austria. I came to Japan ten years ago for an internship and an exchange year at Hosei University.
The years flew by and I have worked many jobs during my time in Japan.
From working in the media field and appearing on TV to working as a barista at Starbucks, doing translations, and working at a patent office. Currently, I am mainly teaching English to kids at an after-school care place and I have two kids myself. My six-year-old is in the first grade of elementary school and my five-year-old is in his last year of kindergarten. Even though it’s hard sometimes, I love being a mom!
I’m open and talkative and have interests in many things. I like meeting new people, cooking, traveling, beauty and skincare, stock investment, music, and spending time with my kids.
I’m curious to meet many new people here and I can’t wait to get started!”
