“Hello everyone!
My name is Melissa and I’m originally from London in the UK. I’ve been living in Japan for over 9 years and I’ve had the pleasure of visiting over half of the prefectures while I’ve been here – 25 to be exact.
In my free time, I enjoy salsa dancing and other types of Latin American dance. I also enjoy karaoke, watching Netflix and YouTube, and going to the gym. Some other pastimes of mine include travelling or going to a nice café or restaurant (especially when there’s meat involved).
I’ve been teaching English for the same amount of time as I have been here and I also study Japanese when I have time, so I’m not only a teacher, but a student as well – just like you. I’m looking forward to getting to know you all.”
